Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return postage or offer a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different design), please contact us.
Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will send a replacement or provide a full refund.
